WIAW #12

You know, I was pretty sad last week...

I mean, wouldn't you be if you couldn't make it to the best mid-week party?

Thanks for hosting, Jenn. It's good to be back!

We just got a grill recently, so there's been a lot of (tasty) experimenting going on.

Exhibit A:

Chicken and pineapple kebabs marinated in honey, sesame oil, soy sauce and ginger, served with a wild rice blend

And exhibit B:

Grilled salmon and cheddar salad, enjoyed alongside 2 pieces of toast

I've also been enjoying eggs. But I'm indecisive so I like to make 1 sunny side up and 1 omelette. Win-win.

Aaaand I would also like to sidetrack and say that I really need Lululemon to be here in Singapore.

Sigh why am I walking on this face of Earth without the comfort and style that is Lululemon wrapped around my skin and coiling in my hair? Ha!

But! To end things off on a sweeter note...

  8. Even though I'm vegetarian I still find all of your meals to look seriously good. But that chocolate pudding mess obviously wins the competetion of the most delish-looking meal. Hm, I'm wondering whether I might have to recreate it ;) ...

Double-sigh, I'm with you on wondering why I have to make do without Lululemon. Doesn't seem quite fair to me.

  9. Those kebabs look absolutely amazing! I think they even top the muffin yogurt mess for me, which is saying a lot because the combination of muffins, yogurt, and pudding is one of my favorite things ever. Come to think of it, pudding has been missing from my life for a little too long... Definitely going to have to change that.
